Open Maintenance

This is a list of open common element maintenance items on the Westbriar complex.  It is maintained by Jeff Randorf.  To add an item to this list please send a message to the GroupSpaces manager on the home page.  If you have pictures, post them via the forum in an existing thread or make a new one if indicated.  Or send them to Jeff Randorf.  The intent is to have Groupspaces members notify the maintainer when issues are discovered.  This list can be a resource for communication with the management company during monthly board of directors meeting.

Note that carpeting and landscaping (walk-ways, drainage, trees, shrubs and grass) are not noted here as these are major efforts planned for and being executed as resources permit.

If owners and residents discover maintenance items, please report them to SCS @ (703) 631-2003.  Best to also send a note through GroupSpaces. Last changed as of 8 April 2016.
