Here are the contracts in place for the Westbriar Condominium.  These contracts are managed by Select Community Services as our agent for the Westbriar Board of Directors.  The exception is the SCS contract which is managed by the Westbriar Board of Directors with the President as the contracting liason.  Also, there is likely a dog station contract.  Once the Board has a copy it will be posted below.

Finally, this was the addendum contract with Select Community Services to provide on-site assistance during the exterior reconstruction effort.  Dave Edmunds was associated with this addendum. This addendum is no longer in place.
